By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or hiring NJOY Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


Our Services include all content, tools, features, and offerings provided through our website and communication channels.

1. ABOUT NJOY SERVICES



NJOY Services provides professional labor and assistance services throughout the Denver Metro Area and surrounding communities, including but not limited to:


  • Packing and unpacking assistance
  • Moving support (loading & unloading)
  • Home organization
  • Delivery services
  • Personal errands
  • Downsizing and decluttering assistance



Our mission is to provide affordable, reliable, and stress-free support for individuals, families, seniors, and businesses.





2. ESTIMATES & QUOTES



All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer, including descriptions, photos, and project details.


Quotes are estimates only and may be adjusted if:


  • Project scope differs from initial information
  • Additional labor or time is required
  • Additional rooms, items, or services are added
  • Access conditions differ from what was disclosed
  • Heavy, oversized, or specialty items are involved
  • Stairs, elevators, distance, or difficult access increase labor requirements



Submitting a quote request does not guarantee availability or service acceptance.


All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.





3. SCHEDULING & APPOINTMENTS



All appointments are considered tentative until confirmed by NJOY Services.


Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and service information.


Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by:


  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Prior appointments
  • Emergencies
  • Unexpected delays



We will communicate delays whenever possible.





4. PAYMENT POLICY

 

At NJOY Services, we believe in providing transparent pricing and clear expectations before every project.


All service prices listed on our website reflect hourly rates unless otherwise stated. Most services require a minimum booking of two (2) hours. The total service cost will be based on the scope of work, labor required, project complexity, travel considerations, and the total time needed to complete the service.


To reserve your appointment date and time, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.


The remaining balance is due on the day of service upon our arrival and before work begins. This policy allows our team to focus entirely on your project without interruptions and ensures a smooth and efficient service experience for all parties involved.

Because we are a small business, every scheduled appointment requires us to dedicate time, labor, transportation, planning, and resources specifically to your project. Our payment policy helps protect both our customers and our business while allowing us to continue offering competitive rates and exceptional service.

Payment instructions will be provided during booking and included with your estimate.


 


Deposit & Cancellation Policy



The 50% deposit secures your appointment date and time.


If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment at the discretion of NJOY Services.


Same-day cancellations or customer no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 


Customers are solely responsible for safeguarding:

  • Firearms
  • Legal documents
  • Financial records
  • Sentimental items
  • Collectibles
  • Electronics and sensitive data


5. PACKING SERVICES



Packing assistance is provided based on customer direction and service scope.


Customers must disclose:


  • Fragile items
  • High-value items
  • Antiques
  • Specialty or sensitive materials



While reasonable care is taken, customers acknowledge inherent risks in handling and transporting items.





6. MOVING SUPPORT SERVICES



Our labor services include:


  • Loading and unloading
  • Furniture moving
  • Heavy lifting
  • Move preparation



Customers are responsible for ensuring all vehicles, equipment, and storage units are safe and properly maintained.





7. HOME ORGANIZATION SERVICES



Organization services are designed to improve space functionality and reduce clutter.


We do not guarantee specific outcomes, storage capacity improvements, or long-term maintenance.


Results may vary based on customer participation and ongoing upkeep.





8. DELIVERY & ERRAND SERVICES



Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery details.


We are not responsible for:


  • Third-party retailer errors
  • Out-of-stock items
  • Business delays
  • Incorrect order fulfillment by outside vendors




 

9. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING



We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.


Fees may apply for:


  • Same-day cancellations
  • No-shows
  • Missed appointments



Repeated cancellations may affect future service eligibility.





10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY



To the fullest extent permitted by law, NJOY Services is not liable for:


  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Pre-existing property damage
  • Structural defects
  • Customer-packed item damage
  • Undisclosed conditions
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or external factors



Customers acknowledge services involve physical labor and inherent risk.





11. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE



NJOY Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:


  • Conditions are unsafe
  • Customer behavior is abusive or threatening
  • Service scope exceeds agreement
  • Illegal activity is suspected
  • Health or safety risks are present
